With all these cancelations, I’m beginning to question my taste level, but that’s the risk of going low brow. Some shows are only meant to be a one-season-wonder, here’s a few this fangirl will miss in 2019:
LA to VEGAS sure, even with Dylan McDermott in the cockpit as Captain Dave, we knew this workplace comedy about a fledgling budget airline crew wouldn’t last but darn we had some fun and some cheap laughs.
Take Two This one hurts. This was, however campy, supposed to be my replacement for Lethal Weapon– no Clayne, no fangirl. As hard as it was to believe Rachel Bilson as a doctor in Hart of Dixie, it was harder to believe her as PI. Don’t worry, Rachel, I still watch Sam Swift on Hulu.
Living Biblically In preparation for fatherhood, a New Yorker attempts to live biblically for a year with both a pastor and a rabbi as his guides. Come on, that’s not something you see everyday! Educational too!
Other notable cancelations:
iZombie Gurl, you got real dystopian on me, you painted yourself in a corner. Miss you, Blaine (get back on TV soon, David Anders), even though you killed my zombie boyfriend.
Kevin Probably Saves the World Is there any justice for Jason Ritter???!!! I need him back on TV soon too.

What is a fangirl left with?! There’s medical dramas The Resident, Amsterdam, or The Good Doctor. But, it is possible Grey’s has burned me out for all of the above. The rest of the I feel like I’ve time-traveled to 1999–there is trend, and then there is saturation: Will and Grace, Murphy Brown, Roswell–New Mexico, Charmed, Magnum PI, MacGuyver, Lethal Weapon, Home Improvement, and The Conners.

In this season of saturation, I’ve got to tip my hat to Netflix for keeping it fangirl fresh (save for Fuller House. And Queer Eye. And Gilmore Girls. Damnit!).
